Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, software licenses, plugins, and subscriptions may be charged separately.
Project Timelines
We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed or estimated deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by client delays, revisions, third-party services, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive rights to the final deliverables after full payment.
Vigorous Works retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, processes, templates, and reusable components. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, or other services. Vigorous Works is not responsible for outages, changes, pricing, or performance issues caused by third parties.
